Description
Assists the Marketing and Communications Department with marketing projects, referral development and agency recruitment.
Tasks
- Referral development/relationship management.
- Develop and maintain written plan for ongoing referral development including strategies for securing referrals from new sources or for new programs.
- Ongoing market analysis.
- Produce reports of agency referrals (numbers, source of referral, demographic information, diagnosis analysis) to help support development of marketing material.
- In conjunction with Human Resources develop a strategic recruitment and retention plan which incorporates the objectives as outlined below.
Qualifications / Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed at least one year of college education and currently be an active college student and be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
