Description
Responsible for leading the affiliations recruiting and retention efforts by determining the strategic directions and objectives of recruiting and retention, supporting business growth while simultaneously maintaining the culture and quality standards. Additionally responsible for educating communities and key stakeholders regarding agency programs to promote community development.
Tasks
- Provide leadership in the establishment of the employment brand and develop supporting materials to communicate value proposition through employment advertisements, career sites, and other employment materials.
- Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying, and implementing projects to increase affiliate wide retention and recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
- Leads the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies that will guarantee that the business attracts and hires the topmost talent in the business.
- Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department.
- In conjunction with Human Resources Directors, develop a strategic recruitment and retention plan.
Qualifications / Education
- i) Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, public administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruitment and retention setting. Experience working in a human service setting and human resources preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
