Human Resources Specialist

Working directly with and assisting the human resources director to fulfill a variety of necessary tasks. Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for the maintenance of confidential personnel files for both current and past employees, and the maintenance of the employee records in the Human Resources database. This position is responsible for tracking new hire paperwork completion. This position is responsible for processing Unemployment Compensation and Workers Compensation paperwork. This position is responsible for completing employment verifications. This position monitors and maintains the employee evaluation process. This position must maintain the ability to interface in a professional manner with staff, recruits, and other community entities.
Employee Health Nurse
Responsible for working with affiliate employees to address all employee health concerns and health related areas of the affiliation by performing the following duties

Responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the agency while maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations. Provides strategic leadership by articulating human resources needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors. This position is directly responsible for leading the director and indirectly responsible for all employees within the division.
