Dining Service Aid

Responsible for preparation and serving and of food. Follows food storage policies and insures a clean and sanitary work environment through cleaning and ware washing within the department. Follows established sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.

Dining Service Cook

Responsible for preparation and serving and of food. The cook prepares, cooks and serves food for meals to residents, staff, visitors, and outside agencies if applicable. Cooking schedules are planned so food is ready according to facility serving schedules.

Nutrition Services Production Manager

Maintain clerical responsibilities in the department related to the dietary software system, data entry, assessing inventory and ordering, answering phone calls, record filing, and any other assistance as directed to maintain daily operations. May also assist with special non-clerical functions as necessary. Monitors the dining services of the personal care home and serves as a liaison between the facility and the Nutrition Services Department.

Assistant Director of Nutrition Services

Responsible for directing and supervising dining services aides, cooks, and clerks in dining services. They maintain records, schedules, and are responsible for daily operations in dietary services.

Director of Dining Services

Responsible for the complete operation of the dining services department, including planning, organizing, overseeing and managing. They will be the liaison between the dining services department, Administrator and other departments
