Executive Administrative Assistant
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests as well as performing routine administrative and fiscal functions such as preparing correspondence, assisting with payroll, accounts payable and other financial transactions.
Business Engagement and Project Manager
The Business Engagement and Project Manager serves as the primary administrator of employer / business services for the region's high growth, high demand industries. Position is responsible for the development and coordination of strategic, industry focused initiatives that meet employers' evolving workforce needs. Position also project manages special grants/projects.
Workforce System Manager
The Workforce System Manager serves as the EO officer for Workforce Solutions and the PA CareerLinkĀ® centers, oversees the Eligible Training Provider List and High Priority Occupation List process and provides direction and technical assistance for all aspects of the EARN program. This position will also assist in the strategic planning and service delivery of the PA CareerLinkĀ® centers through direction and technical assistance to the Operator.
Oversight and Project Manager
The Oversight and Project Manager is responsible to objectively review program activities and operations, identify existing or potential deficiencies, make recommendations for improvements, and monitor compliance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and other legislations and corresponding regulations. Position also manages and assists special projects as necessary.
Strategic Planning and Project Manager
The Strategic Planning and Project Manager provides oversight and implementation of policies and processes, policy development, procurement, grant writing and project management to ensure the workforce development system in the region is exceeding performance measures. Position also manages the Youth Committee, the TANF Youth Development plans and programs, and provides labor market data to partners and agencies throughout the region.
Executive Director
The Executive Director of the Workforce Development Board is the chief administrative officer of Workforce Solutions and the WDB, providing critical leadership in planning, organizing, and directing the operations.
