Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and handling information requests as well as performing routine administrative and fiscal functions such as preparing correspondence, assisting with payroll, accounts payable and other financial transactions.
Tasks
- Assist the Finance Director; payroll, accounts payable, preparing deposits, and accounts receivable
- Assist with various human resource functions; health insurance and business quotes and Administer our FSA account
- Assist with project management
- Assist in maintenance of our website; including regular updates
- Assist with reports, presentations, and agency newsletter
- Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes
- Perform general office duties such as ordering of supplies and records management/database systems
Qualifications / Education
- Proven experience as a fiscal/administrative assistant, senior executive assistant or other similar position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning and time management skills

Must have competent PC skills and knowledge of MS Office software.
Sitting: 80%; Walking/standing: 20%
