Receptionist

Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role manages incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, messages, mail, and deliveries, while maintaining accurate records and sign-in procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing the reception area, providing community resource information, and supporting office operations by stocking supplies, processing payments and donations, and assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing. The position also involves implementing emergency procedures and reporting potential risks to the supervisor.

Community Services Assistant

Provides direct support to individuals by maintaining knowledge of community resources, offering information and referrals, and conducting follow-up. This role involves performing client intakes, assessing needs, determining eligibility, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely data entry. The assistant responds promptly to inquiries, issues required forms and notices, and supports clerical functions such as typing, filing, proofreading, and maintaining service logs. Additionally, the position requires identifying and reporting potential risks to the supervisor while ensuring compliance with service rules and regulations.

Medical Assistant Transportation Program Assistant (MATP)

Supports the Medical Assistance Transportation Program by ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, maintaining operating procedures, and validating program data and expenditures. This role assists in preparing reports, addressing consumer complaints, and recommending solutions to identified risks. Additionally, the MATP Assistant provides consumer services, trains staff, and contributes to meeting program requirements through proactive problem-solving and collaboration.

Medical Assistance Transportation Program Administrator (MATP)

This role ensures adherence to program policies and procedures, manages operational processes, and validates data and expenditures. Responsibilities include preparing reports and documentation, providing consumer services, conducting outreach, and addressing complaints or fraud investigations. The position also involves supervising staff, ensuring vendor compliance, maintaining tracking systems, and contributing to risk management efforts.
