Dietary Aide/Prep Cook
Provide routine support in the Personal Care Department. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, and safe manner. The position must also manage the resources that are available to them in their job.
Cook
Provide routine support in the Culinary Department. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, and safe manner. The position must also manage the resources that are available to them in their job.
Manager of Dietary Services
Supervises the food service program, implements and monitors dietary department policies, procedures and functions in accordance with approved program of food services. Monitors food preparation and food services to best meet nutritional needs of the resident.
Dietetic Technician
Ensures the residents are receiving the correct dietary meals. Monitors weight of patients. Makes recommendations to the Dietitian.
Dietitian
Reviews weights and lab values. Makes dietary recommendations to the doctor.
