Dietary Aide/Prep Cook

Provide routine support in the Personal Care Department. This position must work effectively with team members in ensuring that work is accomplished in a timely, effective, and safe manner. The position must also manage the resources that are available to them in their job.

• Prepare food and ensure menus meet nutritional and quality standards.
• Ensure meals are complete, presentable, and delivered on time to residents.
• Monitor residents' personal effects; report items to supervisor for return.
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Deliver compassionate food service that meets resident needs accurately.
• Follow departmental, corporate, safety, and infection control policies.
• Attend trainings and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Prior work/life experience, preferably in a healthcare or service environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desirable
• Prior work/life experiences involving independent decision making
• compassionate and enthusiastic personality
• Meet all pre-hire qualifications including but not limited to criminal background check, drug screen, and covid vaccine.
