Customer Experience Associate

Provides first-line support to clients, customers, or community members. This role ensures a smooth, friendly interaction with NotAReal Company’s services — or at least pretends to. 

Community Outreach Coordinator

Builds connections with community organizations and target audiences. Plans outreach events and programs — in theory. 

Client Services Specialist

Works directly with customers or business clients to provide personalized assistance, resolve complex cases, and simulate success stories. 

Engagement Program Manager

Leads the development and delivery of all community engagement and customer success programs. Ensures smooth coordination across teams and departments. 

Director of Customer & Community Engagement

Provides high-level leadership and vision for NotAReal Company’s public-facing strategy. Oversees multiple departments and drives both customer satisfaction and community impact.
