Description
Provides high-level leadership and vision for NotAReal Company’s public-facing strategy. Oversees multiple departments and drives both customer satisfaction and community impact.
Tasks
Set long-term goals for outreach, service, and engagement
Represent the company at public forums (even fake ones)
Coordinate with other executive leaders
Lead budgeting, planning, and policy-setting for engagement
Qualifications / Education
Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Public Strategy
Bachelor’s required
8+ years in leadership roles in client services or outreach
8+ years in leadership roles in client services or outreach
Experience setting strategic direction and managing cross-functional teams
Skilled communicator with a focus on service innovation
