Qualifications / Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Customer Experience, or related field
2–3 years in a customer/client-facing role
2–3 years in a customer/client-facing role
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle multiple pretend deadlines and demands
