Engagement Program Manager

Description

Leads the development and delivery of all community engagement and customer success programs. Ensures smooth coordination across teams and departments. 

Tasks

Oversee both community outreach and client services functions
Develop strategic plans for program engagement
Monitor KPIs (Key Pretend Indicators) and assess impact
Supervise mid-level team members and support their growth

Qualifications / Education

Bachelor’s Degree required
Master’s Degree preferred in Organizational Communication, Public Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in outreach, communications, or client service roles
Leadership and cross-department collaboration experience
Skilled in performance tracking and program development
