Description

Tasks
Respond to incoming fake inquiries via email, phone, or chatbot
Resolve pretend complaints and route complex ones to mid-level support
Log interactions into the imaginary CRM system
Support outreach and event efforts by stuffing nonexistent envelopes
Qualifications / Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Some college coursework in communications or business (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
