Dietary Aide

Responsible to pour drinks including water, milk, juice, coffee, etc. ensuring proper temperature is maintained. Prepare snacks and nourishments at designated times. Set up tray line prior to meal service and work on tray line during service, prep meal items as required by daily menu, and serve residents meals restaurant style while ensuring all residents are given the proper food as noted on meal ticket.

Cook

Supervise and oversee work of prep cook and Food and Nutrition aides to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. Prepare meals to include getting tray tickets ready, prepare for alternate diets, and recording temps of all foods.

Dietary Supervisor

Monitor cleaning of the kitchen on a weekly basis.Check all logs on a weekly basis to ensure they are being filled out. Prepare food order for the week.

Director of Dietary Services/Registered Dietitian

Manage all employment related concerns and oversee the complete operations of the kitchens at the residential facilities. Develop methods to ensure consistent quality of food served by standardizing recipes.Plan all menus to ensure adequate nutrition, including alternatives, with additional attention to special diets.
