Dietary Aide

Responsible to pour drinks including water, milk, juice, coffee, etc. ensuring proper temperature is maintained. Prepare snacks and nourishments at designated times. Set up tray line prior to meal service and work on tray line during service, prep meal items as required by daily menu, and serve residents meals restaurant style while ensuring all residents are given the proper food as noted on meal ticket.

• Bus tables after meals.
• Clean dirty dishes, silverware, trays and serving carts after each meal.
• Put clean dishes away.
• Wrap silverware and line trays.
• Clean and restock work area as required for each position and shift.

• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health and be able to meet the demands of the position.
