Description

Monitor cleaning of the kitchen on a weekly basis.Check all logs on a weekly basis to ensure they are being filled out. Prepare food order for the week.

Tasks

  • Help plan and oversee any special activities.
  • Do yearly evaluations for employees.
  • Oversee Dietary Department..
  • Plan and head Menu Planning committee.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Food Service Director.

Qualifications / Education

  • Minimum high school diploma plus relevant experience.
