Polisher
Responsible for operating polishing tools to achieve desired surface finish.
Saw Operator
Responsible for the cutting of various types of raw materials (steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) to order specifications, performs material handling duties. Also, must conduct inventory and perform inspections of material.
Shop Utility
Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications.
Toolmaker
Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications.
Maintenance
Responsible for maintaining shop equipment, shop facilities and troubleshooting equipment as needed to ensure safe functionality and proper use. Lock out equipment as necessary and complete maintenance logs for a variety of equipment.
Machinist
Responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications.
Machine Shop Manager
Responsible for adhering to machine shop schedule for flow of product through shop floor. Assist in product routing as required for optimum efficiency. Supervises a team of 20 - 30 machinists.
