Maintenance Tech

Plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing plant efficiency. Must work proactively to identify potential issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond quickly to breakdowns while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
Mobile Maintenance Tech
Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of mobile equipment used throughout the plant, including forklifts, loaders, man lifts, and other heavy machinery. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of mobile equipment by performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues, and completing necessary repairs. Plays a key role in minimizing equipment downtime and supporting plant operations by keeping essential vehicles and machinery in optimal working conditions.
Electrical Maintenance Technician
Our Electrical Maintenance Technicians are responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment within the mill to support the long-term quality and production goals of the organization. This position also performs preventative maintenance to ensure electrical equipment reliability.
Maintenance Supervisors
Responsible for leading a team of maintenance techs (electricians, mechanics, reliability) to ensure the reliability and efficiency of plant equipment. Oversees daily maintenance activities, prioritizes work orders, and ensures that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Works closely with operations, engineering, and safety teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Maintenance Manager
Responsible for the overall maintenance strategy and execution at the plant, ensuring equipment reliability, cost-effective repairs, and efficient use of resources. Leads the maintenance team, drives improvement initiatives, and collaborates with operations and engineering to enhance plant performance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
