Maintenance Manager

Responsible for the overall maintenance strategy and execution at the plant, ensuring equipment reliability, cost-effective repairs, and efficient use of resources. Leads the maintenance team, drives improvement initiatives, and collaborates with operations and engineering to enhance plant performance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor maintenance teams, focusing on skill development and succession planning.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimize spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety policies while promoting safety culture.
• Collaborate on capital projects and process enhancements with engineering and operations.
• Use KPIs and downtime data to drive continuous improvement and optimize maintenance efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing budgets, spare parts inventory, and maintenance teams. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems. Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, including OSHA compliance.
