CNC Set-Up Operator - Technical Lead

Coating Operator - Lead

Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources. Lead staff training and development in budgeting and financial management areas. Prepare and file annual tax returns or prepare financial information so that outside accountants can complete tax returns.

CNC Inspector Operator

The role requires working within a team environment from the Seco manufacturing facility and reports to the Production Manager.

Wheel Dressing Technician

Operate all machinery related to wheel dressing and measurement, according to required controls, temperatures, and specifications. Read and follow production schedules, work orders, and sequences. Assess machine operations; movement of parts, gauges, dials, machine sounds to determine potential equipment failures.

Area Manager and oversees all Flows (A, B, C) on nights. Manufactures 50% of the time (CNC) and manages 50% of the time, the same as Area Managers for each of the Flows (A, B, C)

Area Manager - Flow A

Responsible to execute production plans and schedules, assign and direct work. Address complaints and resolve problem and issue with the help of the Production Manager. Ensure route operator maintenance is being conducted. This position will spend 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing.

Area Manager - Flow B

Position spends 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing. Executes production plans and schedules, assigning and directing work. Address complaints and resolve problems and issues with the help of the Production Manager.

Area Manager - Flow C

Position spends 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing. Executes production plans and schedules, assigning and directing work. Address complaints and resolve problems and issues with the help of the Production Manager.

Production Manager

As part of the management team, the Production Manager is ultimately responsible for the employees, machines, and methods. Ensures that the manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, and personnel is competent.

Production Unit Manager

Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management. Direct non-merchandising departments of businesses, such as advertising or purchasing. Plan plant layouts.
