Night Shift Grinding/Night Shift Supervisor

Area Manager and oversees all Flows (A, B, C) on nights. Manufactures 50% of the time (CNC) and manages 50% of the time, the same as Area Managers for each of the Flows (A, B, C)

• Ensures routine operator maintenance is being conducted.
• When necessary, assists with troubleshooting of machine issues.
• Active participant in quality investigations.
• Active participant in identifying areas of improvement and works with the continuous
• improvement team.
• Reviews period audits related to quality, maintenance, autonomous maintenance, and any other established initiative audit requirements.

• 5+ years experience in a CNC operator role.
• Management experience a plus but not required
