Area Manager - Flow A

Responsible to execute production plans and schedules, assign and direct work. Address complaints and resolve problem and issue with the help of the Production Manager. Ensure route operator maintenance is being conducted. This position will spend 50% of his/her time as a manager and the other 50% of time, producing.

• Reviews period audits related to quality, maintenance, and any other established initiative.
• Drives and facilitates LiFE2 meetings and supports implementation of the best contributions.
• Communicates with other departments and shifts.
• Provides leadership in the absence of the

• Works with the Production Manager to develop and grow employees.

• 5+ years experience in a CNC operator role.
• Management experience a plus but not required
