Assistant Manager

Responsible for working with the service line director or practice manager regarding the planning, organizing, and providing leadership with the assigned physician practices. You will aide in coordinating the practice activities of clinical and non-clinical staff within the practices and oversee daily operations. You will act as a liaison for the practice staff with operational oversight to the practice management department. You will assist in the marketing and market growth of identified physician practices/specialty.

Clinical Research Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the physician or mid-level provider to plan, direct, evaluate, and analyze data of patient enrolled in clinical studies/trials in the clinic and or inpatient setting. You will also provide clinical support to the providers in the assigned clinic and assist in the day to day patient care.

Billing Specialist

Responsible for billing and collecting patient accounts receivable balances from the insurance companies in a prompt and efficient manner. This position requires an expert in determining the optimal combination off re-billing, collecting, and required payments follow up activities. This position provides pertinent and timely education to medical practice office staff to assure accurate claims submission. This position interprets all contracts and determines the correct and timely payment and ensures the workflow of the billing department runs smoothly.

Sports Medicine/Athletic Trainer Coordinator

Specializes in the management, prevention, and recovery of injured patients within a high volume physician practice. He/she will collaborate with doctors to provide emergency and follow-up care and develop injury prevention and treatment programs for injured patients. Athletic trainers also provide a vital communication link between the injured athlete, the physician, the coach, and sometimes the athlete's family to determine when it's right to return to practice and competition.

Practice Manager

Assist in the planning, organizing and providing practice management services to the medical center physician practices, subsidiaries, and other related interests. Coordinates the practice supervision activities of clinical and non-clinical staff; oversees operations of assigned practices. Acts as a liaison for the practice staff with operational oversight to the practice management department.

Service Line Manager

Assist in the planning, organizing, and providing practice management services to the identified physician practices.  Coordinate the practice activities of clinical and non-clinical staff within the practice and oversee daily operations.  Act as a liaison for the practice staff with operational oversight to the Practice Management department and assist in the marketing and market growth of all physician practices.
