Maintenance Electrician career pathway

 Responsible for performing journeyman-level electrical maintenance work while continuing to build technical skills and independence. This position supports electrical repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and assigned work while following safety procedures and taking direction from supervisors or designated employees.

Responsible for supervising craft employees and performing advanced journeyman-level electrical maintenance work, including troubleshooting, project leadership, PLC and HMI programming, and electrical system support. This position helps lead safety meetings, delegates daily work, works with contractors, and ensures electrical maintenance tasks are completed safely and correctly.

This position serves as a resource for complex problems, coordinates contractors, leads safety efforts, supports training, and ensures electrical work is completed safely and correctly.
