Description
Responsible for performing journeyman-level electrical maintenance work while continuing to build technical skills and independence. This position supports electrical repairs, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and assigned work while following safety procedures and taking direction from supervisors or designated employees.
Tasks
Perform assigned electrical maintenance tasks safely and correctly.
Take direction from supervisors or designated employees.
Follow all safety rules, housekeeping practices, and PPE requirements.
Support preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical issues.
Use electrical tools and equipment safely and properly.
Complete required employer-sponsored training programs.
Qualifications / Education
High School Diploma required.
Journeyman I level electrical experience preferred.
Basic understanding of electrical maintenance practices preferred.
Ability to communicate, work with others, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to take direction and continue developing technical skills.
Basic Microsoft Suite experience preferred.
Certifications such as manlift, scissor lift, or forklift may be required or preferred.
