The role involves transporting materials, maintaining inventory and vehicles, and providing energy education to clients. This position also requires responding to emergencies outside regular hours, reporting risks with recommended solutions, and completing ongoing training.
Property Auditor / Inspector
Responsible for performing comprehensive weatherization and building inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and program specifications. This role involves conducting audits, inspections, and diagnostic tests; reviewing work orders; and providing energy education to clients. The position also includes training subcontractors, assisting with job scheduling, managing inventory, and performing property maintenance tasks. Additional responsibilities include responding to emergencies, maintaining vehicles and logs, and supporting monitoring activities. Travel and attendance at trainings and meetings are required.
Quality Control Inspector
Ensures compliance with weatherization, energy conservation, and safety standards. This role involves validating auditor and subcontractor work, reviewing data accuracy, and preparing work orders. Responsibilities include conducting audits and safety tests, managing inventory, scheduling staff and vehicles, and responding to emergencies. The position also requires training staff, supervising personnel, resolving job issues, and assisting with pricing analysis. Frequent travel and participation in meetings and site visits are essential.
