Behavioral Health Technician
Utilized to implement the therapeutic interventions and strategies as identified in the ITP and with the oversight of the BC or MT. BHT services provide one-on-one interventions to a client in the home, school, or community setting in attempts to maintain the child within the natural setting of their home and community. BHT services can include crisis intervention non-physical crisis intervention techniques, immediate behavioral reinforcements, emotional support, time-structuring activities, time-out strategies, passive restraints (procedures that do not restrict freedom of movement) such as hand over hand, hand holding, graduated guidance, tactile timed touching, etc. (when necessary), and additional psychosocial rehabilitation activities as prescribed in the treatment plan. The BHT transfers skills to caretakers in domains where the individual is requiring the most assistance (school, home, community).
LPN Nurse
Assists with assessment of resident physical and mental health needs and medical interventions for the treatment plan. Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, and maintaining medication documentation information.
Service Coordinator
Ensures timely connections with all stakeholders involved with the residents. Conducts pre and post admission to the program. Functions as primary contact with county forensic liaison and judicial system. Coordinates and invites external participant to treatment meetings. Coordinates referral, after-care, and discharge planning appointments and other case management related tasks. Assists with direct supervision of consumers as needed.
Nurse Leader
Oversees and conducts assessment of resident physical and mental health needs and medical interventions for the treatment plan. Works as part of the treatment team and participates in treatment team meetings. Supervises the licensed practical nurses. Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, maintaining medication documentation information, and supervision of medical staff nurses.
Behavioral Health Professional
Provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support service to the residents of the LTSR using trauma informed and recovery oriented interventions according to the individual treatment plan. Activities may include individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, activities of daily living, resident advocacy, prevention, collaboration with external systems and education.
