IT Systems Specialist

Responsible for support to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The incumbent is responsible for training of staff in use of the EHR, maintaining documentation of processes, developing organization specific protocols for use as directed, managing the ERH Tech Support function and communicating changes in functionality to users. In additional this position provides general computer technician assistance.

IT Systems Developer

Installs, configures, and troubleshoots computer networks and associated assemblies, installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users.

IT Systems Manager

Responsible for the design, support, implementation, and management of all EHR systems throughout Journey Health System. Other administrative duties apply, including, but not limited to budgeting, cost containment, policy, and procedure development, supervising EHR support staff, and strategic planning.

IT Systems Director

Responsible for the design, support, implementation, and management of LOCUS Product web-based product suite. Other administrative duties apply, including, but not limited to: LOCUS Server support and maintenance, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Regional IT Director

Helping to monitor, organize, coordinate, and carry out duties related to all aspects of human resources work and processes for the agency. Working directly with and assisting the human resources director to fulfill a variety of necessary tasks. Guiding employees and supervisors through all human resource procedures and answer questions about policies. Maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations by performing the following duties.
