HR Assistant
Answer the telephone and route all calls to the appropriate department. Take and deliver telephone messages as needed. Answer Chapel Ridge’s telephone calls and route all calls or messages to the appropriate department as needed. Escort and assist visitors and salespersons as needed. Answer all visitors’ and residents’ requests and questions accurately and courteously and/or refer to the appropriate personnel.
Staff Development Coordinator
Responsible for employee education through inservice education and on-site education coordination, the employee safety committee and incident report investigation and tracking, and the planning, coordination and delivery of wellness and employee engagement programs aimed at improving employee health and well-being. Some of the wellness programming includes stress management, smoking cessation, weight reduction, early detection and related programs. Demonstrate continuous efforts to maximize engagement and outcomes to create a quality wellness worksite, encouraging employees to make lasting healthy lifestyle changes. Also encourage positive thinking, foster morale and a sense of camaraderie.
Director of Human Resources
Coordinate the employment process for the organization and oversee the employee benefits program and all personnel recruitment: career fair participation, advertisement, and position postings. Evaluate, in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, the personnel needs of the organization and supervise the screening of applications. Coordinate and oversee new personnel orientation – pre-employment physicals, completion of required forms, process criminal background checks and orientation of employees in accordance with state mandated guidelines.
