Accounts Payable Manager
Maintain the accounts payable system which will include:
Filing of all purchase orders;
Matching of purchase orders to invoices;
Verifying the receipt of invoiced supplies or services;
Entering invoices into the financial software for payment;
Printing checks;
Maintaining A/P records and filing paid invoices.
Maintaining a list of all checks written or voided;
File all bank deposits.
Payroll Manager
Process the company payroll, maintaining computer work schedules and punch details and reconcile schedules to punch details. Calculating time sheets for various personnel, transmit payroll to payroll service, maintaining payroll reports and assure that ACH is made in a timely manner.
Finance Manager
Develop and implement facility accounting policies incorporating federal and state standards and generally accepted accounting principles. Oversee accounting systems adherence to such policies. Establish and oversee payroll policies and procedures, including reconciliation and payments of payroll taxes. Manage and oversee the receipt, collection, deposit and accounting of revenue. Prepare annual operating and capital budgets. Oversee direction, integration, compilation and forecasting of long-range projects.
Director of Finance
