Yard Associate - Load Builder

Uses pick ticket to pre-build loads for customer delivery orders and performs general yard duties such as freight receiving, customer loading, unloading customer returned orders, and general yard housekeeping.

Yard Associate - Customer Service

Performs general lumber yard duties such as delivery order preparation and loading, unloading, verification and storage or received merchandise, customer loading, delivery assistance, and general housekeeping duties. Cleans, organizes and straightens yard and related areas as directed.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

This position completes the administrative receiving duties of the center following predetermined policies and methods. This position also contributes to the inventory management functions of the location.

Transfer Coordinator

Coordinates the transfer of inter-company materials by processing all related documentation accurately and timely; ensure optimal inventory is present at each location and ready for use through the execution of internal inventory transfers.

Yard Manager

Provides general supervision for all yard functions including load building, physical receiving, stock & facilities protection and general yard maintenance and housekeeping. The Yard Manager is also responsible for the supply, maintenance, and use of the center's banding equipment. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining safe general practices and security in the yard area.

Assistant Manager

Manages the administrative, inventory, load check security, manufacturing, and showroom sales activities of the location by performing the following duties personally or through direct reports.

Location Manager

Direct the actual sales and delivery of building materials, supplies and services to the customer. Manages the human, physical and financial resources of a combination Retail/Contractor Location to attain sales and profit objectives in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for maximizing operational efficiency, sales and profits while minimizing labor costs and protecting company assets.
