Decision Support Worker

Responsible for working with consumers age 14+ via the Common Ground Software to empower consumers and provide them the tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsibilities include providing recovery oriented peer support, assisting the consumer in identifying Personal Medicine, writing power statements, completion of the Common Ground report and using Decision Aid Worksheets.

Certified Peer Specialist

Responsible for the management of an assigned caseload of clientele for recovery oriented peer support services. The specialist will establish a trusting and respectful working relationship with peers through the sharing of life experiences with mental illness, the mental health system, drug and alcohol recovery, and/or forensic history. This will be done in coordination with the Certified Peer Support Supervisor (CPSS) by performing the following duties as outlined in this job description. The Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) will also works under the supervision of the Director of a non-profit community based program. This position will develop and maintain supportive relationships with persons served. These relationships are essential to establishing the individual’s strengths and goals; identifying barriers, recovery strategies and alternatives to making choices about medication and treatment; and providing links to community resources. The primary responsibility of a certified peer specialist is to help individuals identify and achieve their recovery goals and meet their specific goals while assisting them in identifying and developing a natural support system. The certified peer specialist may also facilitates recovery groups and participates in panel presentations to assist in education of recovery principles. Certified Peer Specialist will also have the opportunity to further their training and education of recovery focused topics and they will maintain departmental/agencies documentation and records.

Rehabilitation Technician

Work directly with mental health consumers by assisting persons with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, and/or independent living skills.

Decision Support Center Supervisor

Responsible to provide a peer driven, recovery focused, shared decision making process to consumers in the outpatient clinic. Responsible for working with consumes via the Common Ground™ Approach Software to empower consumers and provide them tools to have an active voice in their recovery. Responsible for providing peer support to consumers in collaboration with the clinicians and treatment team to provide a whole person centered approach to treatment.

Peer Support Supervisor

Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned employees. This position will provide billable expectations as requested and/or needed for the program by performing the following duties.

Rehabilitation Specialist

Work directly with mental health consumers by assisting persons with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and/or retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, and/or independent living skills. May perform supervisory functions as delegated by the director. Discussing approaches to assist individuals in goal attainment.

Director of Recovery Services

Responsible for the oversight of all clinical and management components of the agency's Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Peer Support Programs.
