Description

Responsible for the oversight of all clinical and management components of the agency's Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Peer Support Programs.

Tasks

  • Attending and completing annual training.
  • Developing and monitoring quality initiatives.
  • Completing reports or other written work assigned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all regulatory standards are met.
  • Supervision of the client case record.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's degree in a recognized clinical discipline and at least 3 years work experience in direct mental health services, which must include either 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training or two years of work experience in psychiatric rehabilitation; or, Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education or a related field from an accredited program and at least five years of mental health direct service experience, two of which shall include supervisory experience and 2 of which shall include work experience in Psychiatric Rehabilitation; or has CPRP certification. Preference is given to a master's level licensed or license eligible clinician. The completion of peer specialist supervisory training that is offered in accordance with guidelines defined by OMHSAS, DPW within 6 months of hire.
