Services

Community Programs for Adults
Statistics vary, but as many as 1 in every 8 American adults will struggle with mental illness at some point during life. But unlike a cold or the flu, many mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar, or schizophrenia are less understood by regular physicians, family members, or even the individual suffering from it.  Admitting to mental illness can also make an individual feel embarrassed, treated differently, or even ostracized by friends or loved ones. Seeking help can feel confusing or be seen as a sign of weakness.  But Beacon Light Behavioral Health System can help. We provide several outpatient programs for adults seeking the path to recovery from mental illness.

Community Programs for Children
For the families of children struggling through mental or behavioral health challenges, daily life can be difficult and parents may not know where to turn or what services or options are available.  Beacon Light offers a variety of community-based programs that work with children and families in their homes or schools. These programs are designed to help children cope with the struggles of mental and behavioral health issues without being removed from their home environment. Because no two individuals are the same, Beacon Light offers a variety of programs so that different approaches can be tried until a successful one is found.
