Description

Responsible to lead and develop the sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market presence. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to manage the sales organization, enhance brand visibility, and ensure that our products and services meet evolving market demands. The role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in industrial automation and sales management, committed to advancing our market position and technical capabilities.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow customer base.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage inside and outside sales teams for optimal performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth and differentiation opportunities.
  • Ensure sales align with overall divisional profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Qualifications / Education

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a field with related experience.
