Description
Manage company’s customer service and aftermarket sales activities in a professional and timely manner.
Tasks
- Communicate with customers about aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
- Manage and complete proposals for aftermarket sales and services.
- Oversee processing and completion of aftermarket sales and service projects.
- Coordinate field service schedules and on-site activities.
- Support field service planning, including materials and equipment prep.
- Conduct periodic local sales visits to maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications / Education
B.S. in related field or High School Diploma with 2+ years in related experience.
