Description

Handle a variety of tasks pertaining to the professional operation of the front office, including certain Human Resources, Accounting, and Clerical duties.  All activities are done in a way that represents Gasbarre Products, Inc. in a professional manner.

Tasks

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in person and by phone.
  • Ensure timely servicing of office equipment like copiers and shredders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Support accounting with timecards, AP, AR, and petty cash tasks.
  • Process payroll, prepare reports, and manage payments.
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork, HRIS data entry, and open enrollment.

Qualifications / Education

  • Minimum of an associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience operating at a high level in an office environment.  
  • Accounting and/or Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication and Organization
  • Problem Solving / Self-Motivation
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • MS Office Products (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Visual and / or Paycom Software Programs a plus
