Description
Responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of all electrical assembly projects and oversee technicians to ensure efficient and safe work practices, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Tasks
- Mentor and lead new assembly techs on electrical work for projects and maintenance.
- Serve as a resource for customer service and field service teams.
- Participate in design reviews with Ops Manager and supervisors pre-production.
- Promote 5S, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in reducing departmental overhead costs.
Qualifications / Education
- High School degree and certifications as required with 10+ years of experience preferred with an electrical background.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Certification in PLC programming or related fields.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices in industrial automation.
- Analytical and electrical aptitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word)
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Leadership Skills
