Maintenance Coordinator

Organizing and assisting with documentation related to the maintenance departments of Journey Health System as directed by the Director of Facilities Management. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

• Assisting with the completion of documentation and daily functions of the Maintenance Department. Which includes:
• Ensuring that documentation related to surveys and inspections are done in a timely manner.
• Working in the request system to keep it up to date and ensuring there is valid data therein.
• Purchase requisition submittal and billing organization for the department.
• Assist with inventory management.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience or training required
