Director of Property Management

Responsible for management of all properties, facilities and vehicles owned or leased by the assigned affiliates. This includes comprehensive management of rental properties and oversight of maintenance functions, including direct supervision of property management staff.

• Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department.
• Possesses and demonstrates confidence, assertiveness, and the ability to manage staff and direct program operation according to the organization's mission, vision and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to accept and successfully complete tasks and projects as assigned.
• Creates and consistently monitors a clear agenda for program and operational development and follows through on plans.

• Master's level degree in course of study related to the field of responsibility and at least 3 years' experience in the field; or,
• Bachelor's level degree in a course of study related to the field with at least 5 years of experience in that field; or,
• Equivalent history of education and work experience as established by the organization. Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Must be available to work extended hours, evenings and weekends when necessary
