Description
Provide technical support to sales, customers, and engineering with a strong focus on the development and improvement of current and future products.
Tasks
- Capital project estimating and proposal development
- Develop concept designs for new capital opportunities
- Develop and maintain costing models
- Review current products with an eye toward improving product alignment with business and customer needs.
- Drive product improvement process based on voice of the customer.
- Drive product development based on voice of the customer.
- Provide technical support to sales and customers.
- Participate in design developments and reviews.
- Develop testing plans in conjunction with customers and support testing and data analysis.
- Provide technical support to the field service group.
- Provide project oversight by working closely with the engineering group on capital projects.
- Review equipment installation issues and drive improvements.
Qualifications / Education
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field with related experience.

- MS Office Products (MS Word, MS Excel; others are a plus)
- Motivated self-starter
- Some travel within the US required
- This job requires equal amounts of sitting, walking, standing, minimal lifting and other physical activities.
