Description
Keeps the facility in clean and orderly condition by performing housekeeping and maintenance types of duties as described below.
Tasks
- Carrying out routine assignments on a regularly scheduled program of maintenance.
- Clearing the sidewalks and driveways of snow in winter.
- Lawn care and upkeep.
- Being aware of safety at all times by monitoring the buildings and grounds for potential hazards and bringing them to the attention of the management.
- Responding to emergency calls after hours and on weekends as needed. If not responding to a call, the director will be notified immediately detailing the call, need, and reasoning for which you are not reporting.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior experience or training required
