Maintenance Supervisor

Overseeing, directing, and doing lead work on projects and repairs as directed by the Vice President of Facility Management. Ensures the work is carried out in a safe and professional manner by performing the following duties.

• Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the Maintenance Department.
• Doing lead work on projects and repairs as directed by the Vice President of Facility Management. He will work independently in a steady and productive manner.
• Routine repair, routine construction, upkeep and maintenance of the facility buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment which may require carpentry, plumbing, electrical or mechanical skills.
• Carrying out routine assignments on a regularly scheduled program of maintenance.
• Participation in agency maintenance on-call. Responding to emergency calls after hours and on weekends when requested.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience or training required
