Description
Provide support to the engineering team to improve engineering activities and project performance. Areas of support include but are not limited to Technical Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Development. All activities are done in a way that represents Gasbarre Products in a professional manner.
Tasks
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering department as needed.
- Develop equipment concept designs and support technical discussions with customers.
- Collaborate with engineering to meet project technical goals and objectives.
- Work with customers and teams to resolve processing and equipment issues.
- Evaluate and help implement design and tech improvements to product lines.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Material Science
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the following industries preferred: Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, and / or Commercial Heat Treating.
