Description
Performs accounts payable and other accounting functions.
Tasks
- Reconciling and balancing accounts.
- Compiling reports to show statistics pertinent to operation of business.
- Matching all invoices against the purchase orders and issuance of accounts payable checks under the direction of the Controller.
- Accounts payable resulting from payroll deductions, including but not limited to: health insurance, life insurance, section 125 benefits, credit union payments, etc.
- Allocating various moneys to the units/group homes on a monthly basis ( i.e. recreation funds, food allowance, treatment, etc.).
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma/GED with three years of experience or
- Associate's degree with one year of experience
