Resident Aide Supervisor

Responsible for assisting Wellness Coordinator and Manager with planning, implementing and supervising resident care. Communicate to Manager or Wellness Coordinator any problems which may require discipline. Schedule resident aides as appropriate, assign and delegate responsibilities to staff under supervision of Manager Ensure each resident receives treatments, medications and diet as prescribed, in accordance with federal and state regulations and facility policies, procedures and support plans.

• Supervises the resident aides at the Personal Care level,

• Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to perform expected responsibility. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff and families.
