Elk Haven is a private nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center which provides a wide range of specialized healthcare services, including 24-hour professional nursing care and a comprehensive rehabilitative therapy program. Elk Haven is designed to provide comfort, safety and a homelike atmosphere for our residents. We have been providing nursing services to residents of Elk County and surrounding communities for over 35 years and are located close to the local hospital and emergency care services. Silver Creek Terrace is a beautiful nonprofit personal care community offering a personalized and supportive atmosphere for independent seniors. The emphasis of Silver Creek is to provide each resident help with their daily routine, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, dining and remembering to take medications. While independence is never hindered, the program at Silver Creek enhances self-esteem and encourages a fulfilling lifestyle. Silver Creek is located next to Elk Haven, allowing for transition between levels of care as resident's needs change. Elk Haven is honored to provide nursing services to the residents of Elk County and the surrounding communities for more than 35 years. We believe in compassionate care and strive to improve the quality of life for all those who call our community home. We serve short-stay rehabilitation patients, long-term care residents and personal care residents and believe everyone entrusted to our care deserves to age with grace and dignity.
