Team Lead Nurse

Responsible for the medical management of the individuals served, by assisting the LIP's in delivering the appropriate care within the clinical model of the outpatient psychiatric setting

• Use the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Support clinic flow by promptly seeing clients upon arrival to expedite appointments.
• Participate in outpatient care efforts, including wellness visits and coordinating scheduling.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments with psych evaluations and document promptly.
• Provide direct care, gather medical history, and complete nursing assessments before LIP visits.

• Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.
• One year of prior nursing experience -required.
• Experience in working in the mental health field preferred.
