Senior Director of Children's Community Services

Provide technical support and leadership to program managers and directors within the division; ensures that the highest quality of client care is provided at all of the delivery systems within the division. Responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the division in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies and procedures

• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure daily department operations are supervised and assist with management tasks as needed.
• Keeping immediate supervisor informed of issues and concerns related to his/her department or the agency.
• Being aware of the Agency's operating budget.
• Develop and review program policies and procedures annually to ensure effective operations.

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology and eligible for licensure in area of clinical training.
• Licensed professional and prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.
